What good for Goat (Boer ) Meat

Boer Goat Meat is Low Fat:
The actual flavour is best descibed as a cross between lamb, beef and venison, but it is much leaner than many other meats. It is for example 50-65% lower in fat than similarly prepared beef, but has a comparable protein content. Goat meat is low in fat yet high in protein and iron (see table below), the ideal product for the health conscious.

Boer Goat Meat Cuts:

Joints are similar to those cuts taken from lamb and therefore have taken the lamb names for joints.
